AI-Powered Ticket Triage API

Know which ticket to answer first.

An AI-powered API that analyzes customer messages and ranks them by urgency and sentiment — built for small teams that want enterprise-grade triage without the enterprise overhead. Integrates with the tools you already use, including Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce.

3 calls free, no card. Then $0.02 per call — pay only for what you use.

The gap

Enterprise triage AI was never priced for a two‑person team.

Zendesk's sentiment triage requires Suite Professional plus a Copilot add‑on. Most third‑party triage platforms carry four‑figure monthly minimums. Small teams are left choosing between overpaying for enterprise scale they don't need, or going without triage entirely.

Legacy helpdesk AI add‑on$100s–$1,000s /mo
Third‑party triage minimumoften 4 figures /mo

How it works

Three steps, no SDK to install.

01

Get a key

One email, no card. You get 3 free calls a month to start.

02

Send it text

A support ticket, a review, a DM — anything with a customer's own words.

03

Act on the result

Connect it to Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or any platform that supports outbound webhooks — and route high-priority tickets automatically, the moment they're scored.

FAQ

Before you wire this into anything.

What actually scores the text, and how accurate is it?

A language model analyzes the text and returns a sentiment label, a confidence score, an urgency tier, and a one‑line rationale — not a static keyword list. Treat urgency as a strong triage signal, not a guaranteed classification. We recommend validating results against a sample of your own ticket volume before fully automating on it.

Do you store the text I send you?

No. Submitted text is passed directly to the model for scoring and is never written to a database on our side. We do not log or retain ticket or review content.

What happens when I hit my free quota?

Calls return a standard 429 response — there is no surprise billing. The free tier requires no card on file, so there is nothing to charge. Upgrading to pay‑as‑you‑go removes the quota entirely.

Why not just prompt an LLM myself instead of paying per call?

You can. Nothing here is proprietary. What you are paying for is the ticket‑triage logic already built and tested — one HTTP call, a consistent JSON response, no prompt engineering, and no separate model‑provider account to manage. For infrequent or one‑off use, building it yourself is a reasonable alternative.

How does billing actually work?

Each pay‑as‑you‑go call reports a single usage event to Stripe. Billing is $0.02 per call, invoiced monthly, with no proration and no per‑seat charges. Free‑tier calls are never billed.

Is there a rate limit?

The public demo and signup endpoints are throttled to prevent abuse. A signed‑up key calling /analyze is not rate‑limited beyond standard service limits — send the volume your ticket flow requires.

What's your uptime — is there an SLA?

There is no formal SLA at this stage. The service runs on the same AWS infrastructure — API Gateway, Lambda, and Bedrock — that enterprise helpdesk AI products are built on. A published SLA will follow once paid usage reaches a level where it is meaningful.

Can I rotate or revoke my API key?

Self‑serve key rotation is not yet available — each signup issues a single key. This capability is on the roadmap.

What languages does it handle?

The underlying model is multilingual; however, urgency and tone calibration has been tuned and tested against English‑language tickets and reviews only. Results in other languages should be treated as unverified.

Can I self‑host this?

No. This is a hosted API only; no self‑hosted deployment option is available.
